Terms of Use of StellaFlow

The services offered by Stellaflow allow you to generate publication schedules for social networks (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) via artificial intelligence, create media and content, and automatically publish these items on connected social networks.

a. Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information, including:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Company information (if applicable)
• Connection to your social network accounts

Registration is reserved for adult users or those with legal authorization to do so.

b. Use of social networks

To benefit from all Stellaflow features, you must connect your social network accounts. You authorize us to:

• Publish content on your behalf
• Access certain information from your accounts (usernames, statistics, etc.) to optimize your publications

You can disconnect your social network accounts at any time.

a. Subscription

Access to Stellaflow services is subject to a paid subscription. Details of rates and subscription plans are available on our website. Payment is due at the time of subscription and will be automatically renewed unless canceled by the user.

b. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period and does not entitle you to a refund for the month already started.

a. Generated content

You are responsible for the content you create and publish via Stellaflow. You agree not to publish content that:

• Violates copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains defamatory, offensive, or illegal statements
• Does not comply with the policies of the relevant social media platforms

Stellaflow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of non-compliance with these rules.

b. Intellectual property

All content, designs, texts, and media created by Stellaflow as part of your subscription remain the property of Stellaflow until full payment of the subscription. In case of termination, you retain access to content already generated and published.

a. Service

Stellaflow strives to ensure continuous access to its services but cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions due to technical causes or force majeure events.

b. Content

We are not responsible for content published on your behalf, nor for the consequences of such publications on social networks. You acknowledge that each social media platform has its own rules and policies, which you are required to comply with.

c. Data loss

Although we do our best to protect your data, Stellaflow cannot be held responsible for any loss or corruption of data.

Stellaflow reserves the right to modify its services or these ToU at any time. You will be informed of any significant changes by email or via our website. If you continue to use our services after these changes, it constitutes acceptance of the new ToU.

These ToU are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of Paris.
